2. Donation Process

We accept donations through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Donations can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All financial transactions on our website are encrypted and secure.

3. Refund and Dispute Policy

We appreciate your support of our nonprofit mission. If you've made a donation in error or have concerns about your contribution, please contact us using this form within 30 days of your donation. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and process approved refunds to the original payment method. Assistivity is currently in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Donations made at this time may not be tax-deductible. Once our 501(c)(3) status is approved, donations may be tax-deductible retroactively to the date of our incorporation, subject to IRS rules. We will notify donors of any changes to our tax status. Please consult with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of your specific contribution.

In the event our 501(c)(3) application is denied, we will notify all donors promptly and provide information about options regarding their donations.
